Overnight Oats!
Oatmeal is vegan because it comes from an oat plant. Oat grains in
old-fashioned oats remain vegan as long as there are no non-vegan
ingredients added to them.

Easy Breezy Overnight Oats Generously feeds 2
Ingredients:
1 cup of organic oats or steel cut oats
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
½ cup of Greek yogurt (if you what to make it 100% vegan substitute a plant based
yogurt )
1 cup of Almond milk ( you can use coconut milk also)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of honey ( you can use keto maple syrup as well)
STEPS
MIX ALL ingredients in a bowl.
Once blended transfer to your glass jam or mason jar
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight
HINT: I like to top this off when ready to eat with blueberries, walnuts or cran-raisins.
(other suggestions: Chopped figs, raspberries , dried apricots, dark chocolate chips)
