ALMOND BUTTER PROTEIN COOKIE CRUNCH
A favorite for runners.
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup of creamy almond butter
2/3 cup coconut sugar
2 scoops Kids Ice Cream Cookie Crunch Protein Shake
1 Large Egg
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350
- line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
- combine all ingredients
- scoop up 1 heaping tablespoon of dough at a time, rolling ball and flatten and place on baking sheet
- do your fun crisscross with fork
- bake 8-10 min max
- cool 10 min. all have a nice crunch to it!! ENJOY!
