A “Must-Have” in The Kitchen

Rosemary Oil is such a treat and benefit for anyone that is an active healthy-aging individuals.
✔️Helps with joint pain.
✔️Promotes hair growth
✔️Assists with minimizing the effects of arthritis
And of course
✔️IN COOKING !
HOWEVER, contingent if you are using it as a home remedy, the preparation is different than if you are using it for cooking …..
I have placed the recipe for each below:
ROSEMARY OIL FOR MUSCLE PAIN AND HAIR GROWTH
- Obtain (4) fresh rosemary twigs from your garden, town street market or grocery store
- Rinse and pat dry with paper towel
- Cut end of so there is no stem showing
- Place in Glass jar with 1 cup of coconut or almond oil and make sure lid is air tight
- Place Jar out in sunny spot outdoors for 30 days
- Strain with coffee filter or cheesecloth.
- Remainder is what you want to use for your pain or to dab on scalp ( for 10-15 min) prior to washing with shampoo
This last for up to 2 months in cool spot or refrigerator up to 6 months
ROSEMARY OIL FOR COOKING
- Obtain (4-6) fresh rosemary twigs
- Boil 5 -8 minutes in 2 cups of almond or coconut oil
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes
- Transfer entire oil and twigs to your oil jar and let sit open for 1 hour
- Store with cap-lid in cool pantry shelf
- You are now ready to use as a dressing or drizzle
Good refrigerated for up to 1 month
