Bailey’s Almond Butter Cupcake

INGREDIENTS

1 deluxe Chocolate “365” Cake mix

¾ cup of water

2 organic whole eggs (or 3 egg whites)

1 8-ounce cup of unsweetened applesauce

INSTRUCTIONS

CAKE MIX

• Mix and Bake as directed on package
• Should make about 18 cupcakes

BAILEY’S ICING

• 4 ounces of dairy free whipped cream cheese
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 scoop of Isalean Vanilla Protein Powder OR Crème Brulee
• 6 tbsp Tru-Whip “skinny” Whip cream
• 1 large tbsp. full of almond butter
• 3 tbsp of Bailey’s Irish Cream Liquer
• 1 scoop of Powdered sugar (about 3 tbps )
• While cupcakes are cooling, combine all the ingredients for icing in mixing bowl.
• Mix until well blended.
• Add a touch more Baileys for fluff if necessary
• Top with fresh green mint tea or
• A garnish of green icing or green cake confetti!
